Emphasys HFA Webinar Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Emphasys HFA Webinar Attendance Raffle (“Raffle”) is open to individuals who attend one or more designated live Emphasys HFA–hosted webinars during the 2026 raffle period and who are employed by a government Housing Finance Agency (HFA) at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.

Eligible participants include:

  • Employees of Housing Finance Agencies whose agency holds an active contract with Emphasys HFA (“current Emphasys HFA clients”)

  • Employees of Housing Finance Agencies whose agency does not currently hold an active contract with Emphasys HFA (“non-Emphasys HFA clients”)

Employees of Emphasys Software, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase is required to enter or win.

How to enter

Participants will receive one (1) raffle entry for each live Emphasys HFA–hosted webinar they attend during the eligible period.

  • Eligible webinar period: February 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026

  • Only live attendance qualifies; viewing recorded sessions does not count

  • There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may earn, provided they attend multiple eligible webinars

  • Each individual may receive only one (1) entry per webinar, regardless of multiple registrations, email addresses, or devices used

Only webinars hosted directly by Emphasys HFA qualify. Webinars hosted by third parties or other Emphasys divisions, including but not limited to Emphasys PHA or Housing Locator, do not qualify.

Attendance will be tracked automatically through the webinar platform.

Prizes

For Current Emphasys HFA Clients

One (1) winner who is a current Emphasys HFA client and who attends the 2026 Emphasys HFA Better Together User Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida will receive a VIP Conference Experience, which includes:

  • A hotel room upgrade at the official conference venue (subject to availability)
  • A special on-site conference experience
  • One (1) $50 Uber gift card
  • An Emphasys swag pack

The winner is responsible for all conference registration fees, travel, lodging, and related expenses. Once conference accommodations are booked at the official conference rate, Emphasys HFA will coordinate the hotel room upgrade directly with the venue, subject to availability.

For Non-Emphasys HFA Clients

One (1) winner who is employed by a government Housing Finance Agency but whose agency is not a current Emphasys HFA client will receive:

  • One (1) Emphasys swag pack
  • One (1) $25 gift card
  • Swag packs will be shipped following the conclusion of the 2026 Emphasys HFA User Conference.

Prize Conditions
  • All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Conference-related prizes require conference attendance
  • If a current-client winner does not attend the conference, the conference experience prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Emphasys HFA’s discretion
  • No substitutions will be provided except at Emphasys HFA’s sole discretion
  • Prizes do not include airfare, meals, incidentals, or any expenses not explicitly listed

Participants are responsible for ensuring acceptance of any prize complies with their agency’s ethics and gift policies. Any applicable taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Drawing date: November 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET

The winner will be notified via email and may also be announced via Emphasys HFA social media channels

The selected winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Terms

By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Emphasys HFA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Raffle.

Emphasys HFA is not responsible for technical failures, registration errors, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Emphasys HFA to use their name, agency, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Raffle, unless prohibited by law.

This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any hotel, venue, or social media platform used for promotion or winner announcements.
