Miami, Florida – June 4, 2020 – Emphasys Software, a leader in the HFA software industry, has appointed Randy McCall as the company’s Trainer/Support Specialist for the Multifamily Suite of Products. McCall brings over 20 years of industry experience to the table, as well as significant familiarity with the multifamily housing industry and related software.

Randy McCall is well-suited to the Multifamily Trainer/Support Specialist role and the Emphasys team feels that he will be able to provide significant value to clients through problem-solving and advanced training. In this role, Mr. McCall will deliver consistent, professional solutions and support to clients in need of issue resolution, web training, documentation up-keep, and quality control through online training, on-site training, consulting, and implementation administration.
Mr. McCall also brings with him a number of important achievements, certifications, and accolades, including the following:
- Blended Occupancy Specialist Certification (HOME Funds & LIHTC)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD 4350.3)
- HCCP Certification
- UPCS Physical Inspection for Tax Credit Program
Prior to Emphasys Software, Mr. McCall worked as a Senior Community Manager with Dominium, held the titles of Training Specialist and Supervisor rental compliance with the Illinois Housing Development Authority, worked as a Senior Trainer and Compliance Officer for Zeffert & Associates, was employed as a Regional Compliance Specialist for JRK Property Holdings, and served as a Bond Compliance Manager for Southwest Crossing Apartments.
