Emphasys Software is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Strait to the Multifamily team. Ms. Strait will join as the Trainer and Support Specialist for the Multifamily Suite of Products. She brings with her over 20 years of industry experience. In her new role, Ms. Strait will be assisting states by providing professional support, such as troubleshooting, consulting, quality control, and client training.  

Before joining Emphasys, Ms. Strait worked for the State of Iowa for 45 years. In 2001, she became the Iowa Housing Authority System Analyst for Multifamily where she worked extensively with the Emphasys Multifamily product. Ms. Strait was the lead in the Multifamily compliance and inspections portal and has tremendous experience in conversions and updates. As a business user of Emphasys Software for more than 20 years, she possesses a unique knowledge of how to bridge the gap between software and user. Ms. Strait states “I love helping others. I’m excited about the opportunity to help in a different capacity, and to help states use Emphasys software to its full potential”.
